This year, on June 7, a panel discussion on "Peculiarities of proceedings in the court cases with the participation of children" was held in Kutaisi, organized by the Legal Aid Service and the USAID Rule of Law Program.
The meeting was opened by the Director of the Legal Aid Service, David Simonia, and the Regional Adviser on the Rule of Law of the USAID Rule of Law Program, Irina Lortkipanidze.
Tamar Oboladze, the Kutaisi Legal Aid Service attorney, delivered a speech at the event. She introduced the audience to the current practices and challenges related to the topic under discussion.
Participants in the panel discussion included judges, attorneys, and non-governmental group members.
