On June 7, in Kutaisi, a training on labor rights was held at the Legal Aid Service Training Center, with funding from the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung. Sofo Chachava, a lawyer and professor of law, led the session. David Simonia, Director of the Legal Aid Service, and Irina Seperteladze, a representative of the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, opened the conference. The training's target audience were the public attorneys and consultants from West Georgia Bureaus. The discussion centered around crucial issues, including the employment contract conclusion, the probationary term and internship, as well as the bylaws and their components. The conference was abound with real-world examples. It is noteworthy that the training is ongoing.
