David Simonia, the Director of the Legal Aid Service (LAS), met with Grigol Robakidze University students in Tbilisi on November 6, 2025.
He gave the youth an overview of the LAS continuing services and discussed the intricacies of public attorneys' work as well as the specifics of the legal profession.
The Legal Aid Service "Paralegals" project, which will soon be launched and bring together students from various higher education institutions, was presented during the second part of the meeting.
As is well known, the "paralegals" will receive specialized training in legal matters and be qualified to offer primary legal advice and support. Additionally, they will take part in information initiatives run by the Legal Aid Service to increase the legal awareness of the population.
