Legal Aid Counseling Center has been opened in Abasha

On September 22, the 20-th Legal Aid Consulting Center was opened in Abasha (Ucha Kacharava Str. N1), where there will be available free legal advice to any person on any legal issue. 

At the meeting held with the population of Abasha, which was implemented within the framework of the UN Security Council resolutions on women, peace and security of the National Action Plan of Georgia 2018-2020, Razhden Kuprashvili, the director of the Legal Aid Service represented the Legal Aid Services, property registration, the criteria of receiving free legal aid and talked about the several important legal issues in the region to the local population as well as to the IDPs, the women and girls affected by the conflict.

One lawyer-consultant will be working in Abasha consulting center and will provide legal advice on various issues. Among them: the rights of the socially vulnerable and IDPs, banking relations, land registration, inheritance, labor disputes, violence against women and domestic violence, appointment as supporters and other current problems.
