Cycle of trainings on civil and administrative law are still held at Training Center of Justice. On March 27-28, lawyers of Legal Aid Service attend the second training dedicated to examination of cases in the court of first instance.
The training is carried out with support of the German Society for International Cooperation – GIZ. The heads of the LAS bureaus, as well as lawyers and consultants attend the training.
Four trainings are to be held on 4 topics – Examination of Civil Cases in the Court of First Instance, Examination of Administrative Cases in the Court of First Instance, General Administrative Law and Family and Inheritance Law.
The trainings on issues of civil and administrative law have been held since last year. The trainings of the past year were carried out with support of UNDP.
Rendering legal aid in the above-mentioned fields of law will start from April 15, 2015.
