With the participation of the Batumi Bureau of the Legal Aid Service, an informational meeting regarding legal relations in family and inheritance law was convened in the Khelvachauri Municipality.
During the session, Public Defender Maia Katamadze presented the fundamental aspects of family and inheritance law to the attendees. Furthermore, she provided detailed information concerning the operations of the Legal Aid Service, the statutory conditions for obtaining state-funded legal aid, and the eligibility criteria for accessing these services.
The meeting, entitled "General Overview of Family and Inheritance Legal Relations," was organized under the auspices of the Khelvachauri Youth Center.
The Legal Aid Service consistently continues its nation-wide implementation of informational and educational campaigns.
